1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jt444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jt444 website and all services available through it, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and all associated account and payment functions.

By registering an account with jt444, accessing the platform in any capacity, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jt444 platform.

To register and maintain an account with jt444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jt444 will request proof of age and identity at any time and reserves the right to suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You may hold only one (1) account on jt444. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jt444 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must access jt444 for personal, recreational purposes only. Using the platform for commercial gain on behalf of a third party, operating as a betting agent, or participating in syndicated betting activity is prohibited.

jt444 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its reasonable discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects a breach of these eligibility conditions. In the event of closure due to a material breach, any bonus funds held in the account may be voided.

3. Account Responsibilities

Once your account is active, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through it. The following obligations apply at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jt444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all payment transactions on the platform.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. jt444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account VIP tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless exceptional circumstances are verified by jt444 customer support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• jt444 is not liable for any delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or other intermediary financial service. Processing times displayed on the platform are estimates only.
• jt444 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. During this process, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified if such a hold is applied.

jt444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, which are outside jt444's control and are the player's responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jt444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) is stated on each individual promotion page and must be met within the stated validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. jt444 may at its discretion verify these conditions before crediting bonus funds.
• jt444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where it reasonably suspects the bonus is being abused, where a technical error led to an incorrect bonus amount being credited, or where the promotion conflicts with applicable rules or regulations.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are capped at the maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Winnings that exceed the stated cap will be removed from the withdrawable balance.
• Promotional offers are intended for recreational players. jt444 may restrict or revoke bonus eligibility for accounts that are identified as engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, wagering only on high-RTP or low-margin games solely to fulfil rollover requirements, or systematic exploitation of promotional conditions.

Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the jt444 platform. They cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jt444 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about hidden cards or positions, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided. jt444 will correct the error and may reverse affected transactions.
• Using the platform in connection with any fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity. jt444 cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communication directed at jt444 staff or other players through any platform channel, including live chat, support tickets, or in-game chat functions.

jt444 employs real-time monitoring, game integrity analysis, and account behaviour review systems to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions made under this section are final and not subject to appeal where fraud or deliberate exploitation has been established.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jt444 platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and game content provided by third-party providers — is the property of jt444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jt444 platform or its content without the prior written consent of jt444. Unauthorised use of jt444 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Nothing in these Terms limits jt444's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jt444's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
